Getting started
Where should I start?
Take the free assessment. You get CEFR level, TOEFL estimate, and a recommended course. Then review the 8-step pathway.
How long is the assessment?
About 20–30 minutes: multiple-choice questions plus one live speaking task with your microphone.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes — no payment required. Portal registration is optional to save your roadmap.
Courses & enrollment
What happens after I enroll?
The Vekna team reviews your request and contacts you to schedule class (in-person/online). Your portal shows enrollment status.
Which course is right for me?
Use the course comparison page and your assessment result. Contact us if you are still unsure.
Do you have online classes inside the site?
The LMS phase (video and homework in the portal) is in development. Classes are coordinated after enrollment for now.
Mock tests & Speaking Club
How does the online mock work?
After booking and confirmation, you get a timed private link. Reading and Listening are auto-scored; Speaking and Writing are reviewed by your instructor.
Where is the speaking club held?
Babol (Mazandaran) and online — depending on the session. See the speaking club page for details.
Payment & portal
How do I pay?
Via the secure Zarinpal gateway. Invoices and payment status appear in My Journey portal.
How do I log into the portal?
With your mobile number: SMS OTP or password. After assessment you can also use the token link.
Do you offer installments?
Currently one-time payment. Installments are planned in roadmap phase 4.
Pricing, packages & refunds
What is included in course prices?
Live sessions with instructor, targeted homework, instructor feedback, and My Journey portal access. Mocks and speaking may be separate or bundled — depends on the package.
How are course prices calculated?
Group packages (method, A, B, C) use session count × 1,000,000 Toman/hour — e.g. 36 sessions = 36 million Toman. The adult private package is 1,700,000 Toman/hour (10-hour minimum).
What is the difference between 36 · 30 · 12 session packages?
Session count and path depth — from pre-TOEFL to intensive. Compare courses page and assessment result recommend the right fit.
Do you guarantee a TOEFL score?
No. Vekna provides educational pathways and prep tools; assessment scores and roadmaps are guides, not guarantees of official ETS results.
What is your refund policy?
Written requests may be reviewed up to 48 hours before a group course starts. Completed sessions and consumed services (mocks, speaking) are not fully refundable. Details are shared at enrollment.
Which institute do you partner with for study-abroad placement?
Vekna partners with Saroshan Bright Future Ambassadors (saroshan.ir) — a Ministry of Science–licensed study-abroad institute. Path: English & TOEFL prep at Vekna, then admission, scholarships, and visas with Saroshan.
Who is the private package for?
Adults who want a niche, exclusive, intensive path outside group classes. 1,700,000 Toman/hour with a 10-hour minimum. After placement, we propose the exact plan and hours.
