Rules for using Vekna website and services.
1. Acceptance
By using the Vekna website, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the services.
2. Educational services
Content and assessments are designed for TOEFL preparation and do not replace the official ETS exam. Estimated scores are guides, not guarantees of real exam results.
3. Enrollment & payment
Enrollment is a request for educational coordination until the team confirms capacity and schedule. Name and phone are enough for initial enrollment; email is optional. Refunds: written requests via contact may be reviewed up to 48 hours before a group course starts; completed sessions and consumed services (mocks, speaking) are not fully refundable. Exact terms are communicated at enrollment time.
4. No score guarantee
Vekna provides educational pathways and prep tools; we do not guarantee a specific score on the official ETS exam. Assessment and roadmaps are for planning, not certain prediction of exam results.
5. User conduct
Do not submit abusive content, spam, or attempt to compromise the system. Violating accounts may be blocked.
6. Content ownership
Text, design, and question banks belong to Vekna. Commercial copying without permission is prohibited.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
