1. Data we collect
Name, phone number, email (if provided), assessment answers, speaking audio (if submitted), enrollment records, mock and speaking club bookings, and payment transactions. Technical data such as IP may be stored for rate limiting (e.g. contact form).
2. Why we use your data
To deliver educational services, placement, class coordination, payment processing, support, and content quality improvement. Speaking analysis may use STT services when enabled.
3. Sharing
We do not sell data to third parties for marketing. Only essential providers (payment gateway, SMS, hosting) receive data as needed to operate the service.
4. Retention & security
Data is kept as long as needed for service delivery or legal requirements. We use HTTPS and access controls; no system is 100% secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data via the contact page with the subject “Privacy”.
